If you want to create a real flexplace today, you have to ensure that an employee can be fully productive within seconds of arriving at a workplace. This can be done with an easy connection (USB-C = 1 cable for everything, including charging) and a faster and intuitive login method (for example via face recognition or fingerprint with Windows Hello). If we want people to move from place to place, we have to ensure that each workstation has its own strengths: big screens to build a presentation, a good camera and sound for a videocall, etc.

A quiet room today is only aimed at eliminating ambient noise. A small cubicle where you can make calls without interruption or where you can sit in front of your laptop screen. However, this can be much better. Even on the move, employees need an environment that changes with them when they want to perform different tasks.
