The information you provide to HP Inc in the following questionnaire will be used primarily by select HP procurement and commodity managers to evaluate your company as a potential supplier (based on technology, quality,
responsiveness, delivery capabilities, etc.) and for no other purpose.
This Supplier Diversity registration tool is explicitly intended for small and large businesses that are minority-, woman-, veteran-, service-disabled veteran-owned, GLBT (Gay, Lesbian, Bi-Sexual & Transgendered) business,
Disabled/Handicapped business, and or located in a HUBZone (Historically Under-Utilized Business Zone).
Small Businesses: In the U.S., all small businesses interested in being considered as potential suppliers to HP must register with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). If classified as “8(a) disadvantaged” and/or “Small
HUBZone,” active certification by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is also required. If you are unsure of your company’s status, contact the U.S. Small Business Administration Office (SBA) for guidance at www.sba.gov.
